I think the edge is to you just because where you play.

You with our Record last year would have been in the tourney.

Six P5 conference teams plus a small school that is typically competitive in basketball is a good OOC schedule. going 3-0 against the SEC looks good, and given there are usually 2 or 3 SEC schools on the bubble, it is a huge advantange if Clemson is also on the bubble.

Xavier, South Carolina... Who else? UGA could play their way into bubble picture. Oklahoma theoretically could as well only because they're in the Big XII, but they're not going 12-6 in that conference. They might be the worst team in the Big XII right now. Davidson, Nebraska, and Alabama aren't tournament teams.
