LMAO. These Ole Miss think everybody on their team is ALL-SEC. Ole Miss did win their super bowl 2 years in a row by beating Bama. Is Ole Miss better than State ? Atlanta says different.

You mad? Yeah, you mad.

Im sorry your team can't manage 10 regular season wins. I mean, it's got to be hard cheering for a team like that. I should really be a bit more sympathetic. I should understand that when OM occasionally manages to beat far better teams with winning traditions that it really makes you guys lose your minds. I mean, that's the ONLY thing you can actually be excited about with your team. I should understand why you exaggerate the importance of a few wins here and there and how you guys feel that's more important than actually winning any championships because you have fully accepted that your team will never win any championships.

I apologize. Congratulations on your teams best regular season ever at 9 and 3. You guys are doing great. Keep up the good work.

Ole Miss has a very definable ceiling. As the Football Gods decree. 2015 was their window, and because they are Ole Miss, they Ole Missed. No amount of shite-talking about other teams and bravado about future glory will ever change the fact that they have to completely sell their souls to achieve any measure of success. And as we now see, they even do that poorly. The league will continue to belong to the same traditional powers in 2016. And two of those traditional powers are loaded and have revenge on their mind regarding Ole Miss. Five losses.

8-3, was only 11 games then. Lost to TN in ATL and then got demolished in the Cotton Bowl by TX. Finished 8-5.

That's something else that they can't claim. Their #1 is beating you guys. As like Alabama fan have said " you will trade that loss for natty any day".

I'll go on record as saying that beating Alabama in 2015 and in 2016 is a much better feat than beating Auburn, LSU, and Texas A&M in 2015.

True but If that is the only thing that you are looking forward too that is a problem. In 2014, sure it was great to beat LSU , great to win 3 games vs top 10 schools, great to be ranked #1 for 5 straight weeks , it was great to play in the orange bowl but I much rather play in the CFP and win the natty. I understand morale victories but if you are not in it to win it then you are in the wrong business.

The blowout in Oxford will be Yuuuuge for the Egg Bowl in 2016. Freeze has had enough of Steve Rosebowl. 50-7, and the 7 will be on our 4th string.

Agree with you. Ole Miss will def have a say. Miss State was a good team but no where near the depth or coach leading the team. If they go 1-3 they are done but I think they win 3 of the first 4.
coaching?!?

It still blows my mind that Mississippi State was ranked #1 for a good portion of the 2014 season. Never thought I would see that in a million years.

It will be a good trivia question in future years. Who was the first team ranked #1 in the first college playoff poll?
