Hugh Acheson is a James Beard award winner. He is located in Athens and Atlanta.

If you keep up with food at all, Nashville has become a destination food city and gets press in foodie mags constantly.

........not that I read foodie mags.

Kimball House in Decatur got their best new restaurant for 2014. It's damn good. If anyone's familiar with Brickstore, it's a group of guys that worked there for a long time that got backed by the owners of Brickstore and Leon's and they're absolutely killing it. Really good guys too, so it's nice to see them doing well.

Also, Richard Blaze has several locations in Atlanta.

You missed Table Three Ten in Lexington. Lexington is an underrated food town.

610 Magnolia is incredible. Ever in Louisville, I would recommend it.

Nice. Great list with Domenica, Peche, and of course Commander's Palace in NOLA. I would have liked to see K-Paul's Kitchen on there as well, though.
