QB - Steve Tanneyhill
RB - George Rogers
RB - Marcus Lattimore
WR - Sterling Sharpe
WR - Alshon Jeffery
WR - Sidney Rice (could make an argument for McKinley or Williamson though.)
TE - Jared Cook
OT - Earnest Dye
OT - Travelle Wharton
OG - AJ Cann
OG - Calvin Stephens
C - Lou Sossamon

K - Ryan Succop
P - Spencer Lanning

DE - Clowney
DE - John Abraham
DT - Andrew Provence
DT - Melvin Ingram
OLB - Eric Norwood
OLB - Gerald Dixon
ILB - Jasper Brinkley
Spur - Antonio Allen
CB - Dunta Robinson
CB - Stephon Gilmore
S - Sheldon Brown
S - DJ Swearinger

Agree on most but not quarterback. I would have said Connor Shaw or Stephen Garcia. Also, some love has to be given to Del Wilkes and Brad Davis. I would have started him ahead of Dunta. Also, we should never forget big John LeHeup.

Good post!!

It's a pretty good list although I wouldn't include Collinsworth, he isn't in the top 10 for receptions, yards, TD's, etc. Carlos Alveraz should be there and just for a third, one of the guys from the 90s' - Doering/Anthony/Hilliard.

Wuerffel/Tebow is a matter of preference.

Alabama

QB: AJ McCarron
RB: Mark Ingram
WR: Amari Cooper
WR: Julio Jones
WR: Don Hutson
TE: Ozzie Newsome
OL: John Hannah
OL: Dwight Stevenson
OL: Barrett Jones
OL: Chris Samuels
OL: Andre Smith

DL: John Copeland
DL: Marcell Dareus
DL: Eric Curry
LB: Derrick Thomas
LB: CJ Mosley
LB: Lee Roy Jordan
LB: Cornelius Bennett
CB: Dee Milliner
CB: Antonio Langham
S: George Teague
S: Mark Barron

K: Van Tiffin
P: JK Scott (Because he's Just Kickin)

WR/TE, OL, and LB stacks up well against anyone else's group. Only one I'd say Bama definitely is #1 in is LB, but the other two groups I listed have a strong case.

For LSU, Leonard Marshall should be on that list as DT. Marshall was a flat out beast at LSU.

You'd put Murray over Stafford or Greene?

Question for the dogs fans: Why Murray over Stafford and Green? Just because he played like 10 seasons? I imagine he leads stats categories but honest question.

Kennedy vs Hamlin is a really tough call for me at safety. Also Mallett vs Ferguson as well.

God damn, Houston Nutt squandered some ridiculous talent in his day.

I debated between Greene and Murray but went with Murray due to overall measurables. Stafford was good, but I was using college statistics versus NFL potential.

Wrong white WR IMO - I would go with Carlos Alvarez or Chris Doering

Meh, he's easily one of the most talented wide receivers in Auburn history, and he's only a season away from being put down as one of the best statistical wide receivers in Auburn history.

Guys is the top 10 of yards and catches within recent Auburn history are Emory Blake, Darvin Adams, Courtney Taylor and Sammie Coates, and I think he's easily better than them.

Auburn's history of great wide receivers is pretty much meh.
Frank Sanders until Duke proves otherwise imo

DE - JD Clowney
DE - John Abraham
DT - Andrew Provence
DT - Melvin Ingram (I can see Melvin at DE or even LB, but not DT amigo) (Kelcy Quarrels)
OLB - Eric Norwood (or Melvin Ingram or Corey Miller) tough call
OLB - Gerald Dixon (or Melvin Ingram)
ILB - Jasper Brinkley
Spur - Antonio Allen (Tony Watkins trust me - or even Mike Durrah)
CB - Dunta Robinson (or Jonathan Joseph)
CB - Stephon Gilmore (or Bobby Bryant)
S - Sheldon Brown (or Brad Edwards)(or 1st team All-American Rick Sanford)(or Rashad Faison one of my favs all-time)
S - DJ Swearinger

Just a few ideas for options in bold CiyE. Some of them are really tough calls to make - really tough. Solid roster any way you look at it.

I think Gurley does not belong on the UGA RB list.

I think you should go Worley before Gurley. I also think you can make an argument for Edwards also.
