Fran Tarkenton should be UGA"s QB, guess many on here aren't old enough to know him.

Agreed. I respect Aaron Murray as much as the next dawg fan, but Tarkenton is in the NFL and cfb hall of fame, won an MVP, and is #8 and #6 all-time in passing yards and tds. Hard to argue with that.

It's really tough to figure out how players from decades ago would fit in. For instance, could make strong cases for a lot of guys like Sinkwich and Trippi, as far as UGA is concerned. One was a heisman winner and ones in the HoF. Both played in the MLB as well.

Nah, Jones may be the most talented QB ever at LSU.
