If you were forced to either pick Sly Croom as your football coach.....or Rick Ray as your basketball coach....who would you pick?

I'd get Ray Watts to shut it down.

I'd rather have Ed Murphy and Billy Brewer, as long as Gerald Glass came with Murphy.

I liked Rick Ray. I'm hoping we have a run at him for our empty assistant job.

Croom. He took over a team that won only 8 games in the 3 seasons prior to his arrival. While ultimately he didn't turn things around, he beat Ole Miss and Bama twice, and took the Dogs to a bowl game (and won it) for the first time in 5 or 6 years. Ray inherited a team that had a winning record for 5 or 6 consecutive years prior to his arrival and didn't have a winning season in his 3 years there, and never made a postseason tournament...

I thought this thread would be which one was more unfairly a victim of institutional and fan racism resulting in their premature firing. I'm sad that this question is much less thought provoking.
