This is pretty bizarre. I saw where they arrested a guy this weekend for an assault that happened last week.

...turns out...the victim said that person didn't have anything to do with it.

James Meyers, a 21-year-old junior, claims he was assaulted on campus February 25 by two 19-year-old redshirt freshmen, Grant Harris and Brandon Bryant. Harris is a 6'3, 270-pound defensive tackle, and Bryant is a 5'11, 200-pound defensive back.

But according to Meyers' attorney, university police have arrested a third player, 19-year-old Elgton Jenkins, in connection with the incident. Jenkins is a 6'4, 285-pound offensive lineman.

fwiw...the affidavit for the other MSU player is what obviously caused the damage. I just think it's funny he's pressing charges on that guy for assault via snowball.

Meyers identifies Bryant and Harris as his assailants. The affidavit against Harris is for felony assault, as Meyers claims Harris punched him in the face, causing a broken nose, broken teeth and a contusion to the right eye. Bryant is listed as causing bodily injury by striking Meyers in the face with a snowball.

Bryant was just trying to put some ice on his face.

More global warming would eliminate this kind of criminal behavior.

Our baseball team could use some bullpen help. If these guys can do this with a snowball they could have some good arms.

How many 'altercations' is state going to have? This is like the third or fourth in the last week or so alone.

First dak and and couple other get the shite beat out of them. Derunnya busted with that gonj. Now here is another 2 or 3 players busted for beating up on some kid.

This looks bad for Dan and state

This is weak! I can't believe that someone would press charges over a snowball!

It reads like one guy punched him and the other guy threw the snowball.
