Don't care what anyone says, what Tyndall (sp?) is doing is going to pay dividends for you folks.

He is a great coach imho.

That play set was Genius and he has a depleted roster playing very well. If he can recruit you will be a tough team to play for anyone in the future...

Good game...

BTW I met most of the coaching staff at his wedding, we were in the same resort. Nice folks.. WPS!

Agree completely. UT basketball will be back soon, if we can get the NCAA cloud out of Knoxville. Arkansas has the horses to make a deep tourney run. Good luck, Hogs!

Yea I think Donnie Hoops can coach. We need to fight the NCAA for him if worst comes to worst. That was an excellent and entertaining basketball game tonight. I hope a handful of SEC teams go dancing.

I don't think the basketball program has fallen off the cliff. We've been top 3 in the sec for a decade. We made the sweet 16 last year and have made the tournament 7 of the last 9. The two we didn't make it with Cuonzo we were still on the bubble the entire year.

I agree, but you are short bench wise and the roster is thin. His style of play is much better than Martin's was IMH and he is a better coach. His assistants were very intelligent with BB IQ this summer as well. I am looking for you folks to make a bunch of noise in the future.

Kind of makes me sad!

Agreed. I was alluding to the drop off in talent. This is the least talented squad we've had in a long time, but Donnie has them playing at a very high level. Didn't think we'd win 1/5 of our SEC games going into the season. This team, and Donnie's coaching, has me believing we can compete every game.

Agreed. Superb play call at the end there.

I am a firm believer in his coaching ability.

Nice win tonight. That was a good SEC basketball game.

Haha I understand.

I think the SEC could be a pretty stout basketball conference. Kentucky, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, LSU, Mizzou, ect. are all programs that have the capability of being consistent participants in March Madness.

Good game.

I really hope we can keep him. That being said, I hope we don't do our program significant damage to do so.

Mizzou has been there wayyyyyy more recently you than you have. You guys look to be in good shape right now, but you still have to weather the typical Anderson end of season meltdown...my initial thoughts, you guys will be NIT again this year.

Lol.... He might not even be there next year (The Southern Mississippi stuff). But if he manages to keep his job, he'll be good for them.
