What would you do if you caught this gunman? (Warning: Graphic)

This is a video from today's attack in Paris showing the gunmen and the moment one executes a cop who is lying wounded on the ground.

If you caught this guy (he's subdued and restrained) you knew through incontrovertible evidence that he was the shooter from the video, and no one knew you had him, what would you do?
Turn him over to the authorities?
Hand him over to the family of the cop?
Kill him?
I would be tempted to make one of those homemade terrorist videos. Perhaps feed him bacon until he explodes a la the gluttony murder in Seven.

I didn't realize they hadn't caught the terrorists yet.

There are reports they have suspects in custody. This is just a hypothetical exercise. I truly don't know what I would do.

You're just sweetening the pot. Seriously, though, as I've mentioned before, I would not kill an abortion doctor, would not encourage anyone to do so, and do not applaud the act. No derailing!
