Why is Michigan St so high? Their best win is i guess Nebraska. Mizzou should be a few spots higher.

Committee is rigging for geography
Alabama/FSU in the Sugar Bowl makes sense.
Although if FSU beat Ga Tech they may take #3 back (I think they'd deserve to).

Don't like the precedent of FSU continually getting bumped despite being unbeaten. I don't see a flawless team out there, and the Noles are unbeaten. I think that may be the first thing I agree with Kanell on.

I don't really have a problem with whatever criteria they want to use to rank teams. But I really don't believe that TCU is the 3rd best team in the country.
(Again, I'm not saying it has to be the 4 best teams. You could say the NFL doesn't always put the "better" teams in over lesser ones).
I think sooner or later they will just end up going to conf. champions + wildcards.

Big12 needs to get a conference title game. I would put OSU in over TCU and Baylor just to avoid the drama and make the excuse of them not having a title game. Next season big12 gets conference title game and the 2 teams play each other for the big12 title.

Rece caught on it and Long didn't want to admit it, If everyone wins out Ohio St is going to steal #4 because they are champ, TCU & Baylor only CO-Champ. Big12 greedy trying to game it for two spots, going to get none. What a load of garbage. This committee is failing. Baylor is better than TCU and they are stupid.

Every Bama fan felt and knew the team was at a low point this year when it won AT Arkansas by a single point.
FSU has been winning like this all year long, both at home and on the road.
Reality is that FSU has just not shown they are the best team in the country. Just the better of each team they've beaten that day.

agree ... it's getting difficult to take this committee seriously when they keep dropping fsu ... drop them to #2, maybe ... putting tcu above them is laughable, imo ...
