One of the more exciting Iron Bowls that I can remember. Probably not quite to the level of last year considering both teams were in the running last year (and that damn last second...) but this years edition was electric from beginning to end. Im just glad Bama was able to win one of these types of Iron Bowls as they usually go AU's way.
I was at the game (and my voice is gone) so time to watch the replay. But here's to the best rivalry in college football!

I was really glad to see the level of class,respect and sportsmanship displayed by both teams last night. Fans of both programs make this an ugly rivalry at times, the players generally respect each other.

I agree, Bama doesn't usually win this type of game against Auburn.

Agree. You don't typically see the jawing after plays in this rivalry like in some.

I actually enjoyed the game well enough. I got very frustrating when bama erupted late 3rd through mid 4th, but I told the buddy I was watching it with I felt like bama had an avalanche of momentum and emotion building when Bama cut the lead to 2 and sure enough the bama crowd reacted and the team buried AU.
Bama was the better team at home, AU put up a fight and gave great effort so things worked out how they probably should have last night.

Darn good game....doubt Bama will ever see WR's to the caliber of Williams and Coates....those guys are scary good.
