Domesticated.

And 1/6th may not seem like a whole lot, but remember that this is the average number of turkeys that were calculated to have been cooked for just this SINGLE DAY. (A little over 45 million for this Thanksgiving to be exact).

If Americans had 6 Thanksgivings in a single year, we could actually cause this bird to become extinct in a mere 6 days.

Chicken...smicken. You can eat that small bird any day. They don't call it Turkey day for nothing. Take your Communist China flag down off of the flagpole in front of your house and get some of that big bird. haha.

Why? Is it the taste or too dry?

I'm with you on ham, though. We just always have spiraled, honey-baked ham with brown sugar coating for Christmas.

Those frickers are hard to hunt. I live in a really wooded area though. On most hunting shows I watch, it seems like everyone is in a field when they shoot them. They are everywhere here though...just deep in the woods around creek beds. I'll just stick with hunting deer I guess.

So, 50 million American households did not have a Turkey?

Did only the Turkey-privileged get a turkey?

Is this Turkey-Inequality/Disparity?
