What says the GSB? I think he won't be indicted and I think their will be mild riots tonight.

I don't think he's being indicted. Doesn't seem like they would've been warning people as much if they thought he was.
I think it's a safe bet there will be some riots, but I was reading interviews where some people said they protested over the summer but now said "man I don't know, it's cold out and I don't do well with the cold."
The prospect of looting will draw plenty of outsiders though. Nothing seems to fix alleged racial injustice like some good ol fashioned looting. I feel bad for the Ferguson residents and business owners that don't want anything to do with the shitstorm they've had.

Why in the hell are they announcing this at night? I don't think he'll be indicted either...Not enough evidence imo.

Yeah, but would it not be easier, and at least not as much of a pain-in-the-arse to be fighting looters at daylight rather than midnight

I think we all knew what was going to happen with the verdict. With all the information released about the evidence and autopsy, it was evident that this wasn't going anywhere.
And there will be riots, which is the dumbest way to protest that I can think of. Seriously, why steal and destroy private property if you are angry at the government?
