"You guys" is acceptable when referring to a group of males. "Y'all" is acceptable when referring to a group of people
Using "you guys" for a group including women, or using "y'all" when referring to only one person, is nonsense.

Agree with Crimson Legend.
"Y'all" or "you all" should be added to accepted speech. It is efficient and accurate.
"You guys" has its place as well.
What needs to be stricken from our language is "Alls," as in "Alls I'm saying is your momma is fat."
