They are like a 45 year old girl with a nice body. They know no matter what they do at this point, their ruse is coming to an end before too long....

Haha. Kinda like their "management" program that they started. They say it's ranked high, but that's because it's not a Barrie business school.
Funny they would go and spew shite about is having an engineering program........
Tards gonna tard

If they're the engineering school they think they are they wouldn't give a frick.

They're just mad that we can offer that as a major for football players that are interested. That was the ONE thing they had over us in terms of recruiting.

Read a few pages before I got really bored. They are a sorry lot.

UGA needs an engineering program so that Georgia born US citizens will have an option for obtaining an engineering degree in state, since GT has a near exclusive focus on having a foreign national student body.

They are mad that UGA has so much power.
We want a engineering school? we got it
We want a medical school? in progress
If Tech wants a pharmacy, veterinary, law, journalism, public policy, medical? LOL counter lobbied by UGA :D
We have politicians and board of regent people at our disposal. We beat them 12 of 13 times in football.
We will win... they will lose.

I have worked with a bunch of GT engineers in my life and they have been, for the most part, very good engineers. However by far the sharpest engineer I have ever worked with, bar none, was an Ag Engineer graduate from UGA....dude knew his trade better than anyone I ever worked around. He also had a couple of GT Grdas working for him in his small firm in Athens (if any of y'all work in the manufacturing sector around Athens y'all probably know this guy....best industrial control firm in the state in my experience). UGA has as good an infrastructure for teaching engineering as GT. Tech Grads should recognize what a bonus having another engineering school in state will mean to both schools abilities to attract research money and industry to the state.
I know from first hand experience that GT students appreciate the fact that SPSU exists because there are very few of the who do not matriculated at least a couple of classes at SPSU. When I was at Southern Tech there were times when undergraduate math and science classes had more GT students in them than ST students. Classes were more affordable, 100% transferable! and they could drop classes at Tech that they were failing and take them at ST without effecting their GPA....loads of GT grads ought to have associate degrees from SPSU due to the number off credits they earned in Marietta instead of North Avenue.....
