Games are as follows:

Georgia @ Missouri
Alabama @ Arkansas
LSU @ Florida
Ole Miss @ Texas A&M
Auburn @ MSU

Gameday is headed to MSU and I figure that CBS will be there as well. My guess is:

Georgia @ Missouri: 7:30 ESPN
Alabama @ Arkansas: 12 PM SECN
LSU @ Florida: 7:30 PM SECN
Ole Miss @ Texas A&M: 4 PM SECN
Auburn @ MSU: 3:30 PM CBS

ETA: ESPN, ABC, SECN, and CBS slots still open. ABC doesn't do SEC games I guess and ESPN 2 is taken so that's my best guess

CBS has a 12:00 game this week too, one of their 2 doubleheader Sat.'s. We might get stuck in that one...

I think the times are different next week, with ESPN having a 2 evening games if I understand that right. In that case I think we get the earlier evening game. Idk if that info is correct though.\

doesn't CBS get a double header this week?

MS State v Auburn surely gets the best slot - CBS at 2.30

I agree with you that our game gets the 2nd spot on ESPN

Yeah I think ESPN has like a 6pm game and a 9 or 9:30 slot too. I think we'll get the earlier of the late slots.

Ahhhh shite, is this their double header week. frick me sideways. Well, idk...

Georgia @ Missouri: ?
Alabama @ Arkansas: ?
LSU @ Florida: 4 PM SECN
Ole Miss @ Texas A&M: 12 pm CBS
Auburn @ MSU: 3:30 CBS

Ole Miss A&M still has more star power. And they always seem to give UF the night games so I could see UGA and Bama duking it out for the last nooner.

I fricking hate noon games but I guess it'd help keep the yankees at bay

I just can't see them putting this game at 11 AM CT. It's not great TV but it has Gurley and at this point ESPN and co know that the full on tardery of the SEC East, while not great football, makes for compelling drama of who fricks up last

I'm not pullin for the 9 slot cause I don't want to have to drive home that late but it makes some sense. 2 top 20 teams, a game that decides the leader in the SEC East, and the game is in the central time zone so it would be 8 here and make more sense.

I'd prefer the early start

CBS gets first pick for their 3:30 game, then ESPN gets the next 2, then CBS gets a pick for their early game.

I'm guessing we will be one of the ESPN games.

Usually I prefer primetime but, yea, gimme the noon game where if they blow it not everyone is watching or Mizzou's students are still hungover and less rambunctious.

I hope it's noon just so our guys can get home in their beds at a reasonable hour. Plus the crowd and all that

Yup... they gotta turn around & fly right back to Ark. the next Fri. An early 12:00 start would be like an extra day vs. a 9pm start...
