Talked to some players tonight. We were supposed to wear the 38 helmets but the NCAA gave us a call before the game saying it violated the rules of multiple people on the field at the same time having the same number. I think the powder blues were meant to be broke out for the Alabama game

Robin's egg blue (I wouldn't call them powder blue) helmets looked great. It's a unique uniform combo.
