I know that I speak as a Gator fan and so that it looks like I could have a bias but: I think there is a powerful argument to be made that a reasonable person would have let him go before the extortion charge.
This is FSU, they have the talent to be competitive without him and he makes their school like pathetic.

I don't want to pile on (which probably means I do) but I think I would have a hard time cheering for a team led by him. Maybe I would, hard to say. But he is so transparently a pos I think it may be tough. Perhaps I would just need to drink more.

Yeah, I'm an LSU fan but Fla St has been another of my favorite teams for a long time. I absolutely don't like them solely because there is no longer a shred of decency at the institution.
Winston is beyond deserving of any support. It so obvious he is a thug down to his core.
Doesnt Fla St powers that be understand they would actually gain national respect by cutting his cancerous arse out of the university, rather than try to gain approval by winning with him?

I don't think its fair to Jamarcus to call winston the next Jamarcus. Sure he flopped in the pros but while in college Jamarcus was never in trouble and I don't think he is as retarded as winston. Winston has raped a girl, stole crab legs, did stupid shite in the union and showed up his bitch coach on national tv. Plus he started a brawl in a baseball game and he has only received a one game suspension for all of it. Those are just the things we know he has done.
FWIW I was always on the if we can get rid of miles lets throw the bank at Jimbo but the way he handles winston makes me question how good he can run a program.

Yea Johnny only got in trouble while drunk and that is a minor deal plus the autographs. Winston has done way worse. Plus Johnny didn't show up Sumlin from what I remember. Winston straight up shite on Jimbo saturday and he took it like a bitch. Jimbo should have told him to get the frick out of the stadium after he pulled the stunt of coming out in full pads.
