This is merely ranking an alum's general ability to handle themselves in the business world and in social circles. Abilities are but not limited to holding a casual conversation with strangers, not speaking out of place, wearing proper attire, giving a firm handshake, etc.

1. Vandy (taught from an early age how to handle themselves in social circles, most likely bc they come from wealth)
2. Ole Miss (no other school teaches these basic social fundamentals quite like UofM)
3. Alabama (Generally every person I met that actually attend UofA just seems to get 'it')
4. UGA (Would be higher but half the students are WSP fans with a drug problem)
5. Kentucky (grads are typically classy, place high importance on bourbon and horse racing)
6. Tennessee (most grads are from Nashville or Memphis and understand how to play the game, so to speak)
7. Auburn
8. Sakerlina
9. Arkansas
10. Missouri (gel in your hair and vertical striped button down shirts do not get you far in the business world)
11. Texas A&M (generally awkward group of people)
12. Mississippi State (You can take the bro out of Caledonia or West Point but you can't take the Caledonia or West Point out of the bro)
13. LSU (alums are the first to be over served at a party or wedding function)
14. Florida (like a fish out of water, that Salt Life t-shirt at a YP function aint gonna cut it, bro)

Why did you only include Bama fans that attended the Capstone? They would not be that high.

& you have some of the wealthiest schools listed at the bottom of your list?

What type of social situations are you referring too, sir?

The funny thing is you probably don't even know 3/4 of how the fanbases conduct themselves.

And this is rich coming from an Ole Miss fan.

Pretty sure A&M should rank number one. WE have the most Fortune 500 CEOs of any school in the SEC...

That really has no bearing on the criteria in this thread.

I know a Fortune 500 CEO who is a damn social pariah

Exactly. If putting on slacks, a button down, & eating off plastic plates in the grove is the representative of how to handle yourself in a social situation then I'm damn set for life.

vandy students do more drugs than other SEC schools combined.

Ehh, not sure about that.

I do agree that kids at schools like Vandy do more drugs on average

ridiculous threads like these and those started by razorbackking really need to stop. seems pretty apparent both of you are very young and very naive. enjoy college, but the self affirmation stuff is getting old.

eh, doubt that, but i will say that i'd feel more confident of your normal run-of-the-mill frat boy having a better grasp on how to socially interact with strangers and conduct himself in a social setting to that of your average vanderbilt student. just think back to high school, if you will. who was less awkward in a social setting? the nerdy kid who got into harvard or the average student who went to a school like ole miss, alabama, lsu, etc?

10. Missouri

If you have never been to Missouri, it is a treat. It's like stepping 20 years back in time. Nowhere else in America will you go to a place where frosted tips, Jynco jeans, and over sized Basketball jerseys are tops in fashion with grown men. Example cities to see such splendor: Lebanon, Springfield, Joplin, West Plains, and Osage Beach.
