I heard him talking a bit about how hard Dak was working to improve. He said that Dak would be in the Heisman conversation if we get to Atlanta. If we don't, he won't be a part of the conversation.

Talked about tough three game stretch with USCe, A&M, and bama and how we competed despite not winning any of those game
Talked about how we responded by winning the next two games in overtime and blew out rice in the Liberty Bowl and the confidence that gives our team and how important that is and how we have a lot of experience returning next year
He asked Dan about Dak and expectations and even mentioned the Heisman, and Moffan said that expects Dak to develop and become a better overall QB, but that he already has the intangibles that you want in your QB as a leader and as a winner. He said the Heisman stuff will depend on the team and how we perform as a whole.
Then talked briefly about early signing period

BTW, NIcole just turned 42 the other day, so she was born the last time Ole Miss was in Omaha.
...and for what it is worth, she is retired from modeling, but she keeps in touch. That's very nice of her.

I had an argument this morning with some friends over it.
I think that if Leo want to keep his recruitment "open" that he needs to decommit from Bama. There is zero point to spending money on someone who isn't coming here. From his statements I interpret that someone could steal him from Bama with some tasty "assistance".
He's been in Starkville this weekend getting laid, that's great, good for him, I hope he enjoys Starkville in the summer like I did..and if it helps him lean toward us then YAY!..but the reality still is that he's going to Bama.
I just think it's shitty to basically ask other schools to pay attention to him when he's already taken basically. Of course, this is how recruiting goes I guess.
