We don't have any formal voting system as we have 3 admins who decide whether to admit someone although they may consider support (among other things) in deciding whether to grant admittance and they have ultimate discretion in that regard.

@Arkansas fans, I advise you to vote no. Jefferson is a problem poster that doesn't play nice with others. As RockyMtnTigerWDE has alluded to he has a tendency to be belligerent even about Georgia issues/with Georgia friendly posters.
He also made a real fool of himself on our board and eventually got himself banned. You can read it all starting here...it goes on for pages and pages.
He is not a worthwhile addition.

Fair enough.
In closing, I'll just say that, barring a meeting in the SECcg, Georgia won't be playing Arkansas again until 2021. And some will be dead. Others bald. Or divorced, etc... the next time these two teams meet.
