Tough call

For now you have to say LSU. Regardless of stats....I believe one of the LSU QBs has considerably more playing in garbage time. Could be wrong though.

here will be your answer...
LSU fans: LSU
Bama fans: Bama
People who don't know about either: Bama by default.

Jennings has started a game, so technically LSU.
But between Coker, Cornwell, and Bateman, Alabama has more upside in terms of talent.

LSU. Although I think Coker has the highest ceiling.

The totality of the situation:
Starter? Nobody knows yet, for either squad.
Depth? Pretty sure Bama has a big advantage here.
Overall talent? See depth
Experience? Neither team has much, Bama has more overall time in the system.
Advantage: Bama

Depth you say.
LSU had so much depth one of our qb's moved to receiver and the other transferred.
I think depth is pretty even between the teams. But none of the depth has experience so who cares.

Coker will win the Heisman if you haven't heard.

Both would look good to me if I was a highschool QB.

Bama easily.
LSU doesn't have a lot of high-level success without pretty good QB position play. They have an offense that doesn't NEED a good QB, but benefits greatly when they have one.
Bama just needs a game manager, a warm body to hand off balls.

Alabama no matter how Coker looks he's gotta be better than the garbage I saw LSU throw out there in the bowl game.

Rob Bolden is still here, but he switched to WR. We have 3 other QBs besides those. I'm honestly not sure if they're walkons or not.

Coker and Cornwell are the prototype QBs, and Bateman has good size and a good arm to go with solid mobility as well. None of them are polished though, but the upside is huge.
