I use fantasy.nfl.com and have been using it for 3 or so years. It's a great site, but I can make it on yahoo or espn or whatever. I'm not that worried about it until a couple says before anyways.

I really didn't want to do a full league because Sundays are really bad for me so I never watch NFL. But I'll throw out a suggestion. I've been playing baseball on fanduel. The advantage of it is it's just one day and not a full season so you play when you have time to look at it.
I haven't played football there but I see they have both NFL and college. And you can make your own contest so I tested that out and here's a 10-person league for Week 1 only if anyone wants to join it. I don't know shite about the NFL so I set it up for free. I'd probably be willing to play for a few bucks but figured there might not be much interest. Free is free though so no reason not to play.

Pretty fricking interesting. I like the whole salary cap/player monetary value aspect. I"d be down as well.
