If women get paid less for doing the same job, then why hasn't the free market decided to employ nothing but women in order to cut costs?

Because we're weaker, too emotional, and unreliable (especially if we have kids), and we're not as smart as men.
But seriously, I worked a summer job throughout college where the females typically did more work than the males, but the males got paid more.

High turnover rate, high bsc (bat shite crazy) level at the office, etc

That makes sense. You'd also have a week of zero productivity when they all get their periods. Add in the preceding week of PMS when they're also useless and that's two weeks out of every month.

That probably speaks more to her inability to screen job applicants than it does the fact that she chose all women. She chose the wrong women. Yes in general women are cattier than men, but if you do your job when hiring you can weed the petty women that gossip and fight out.
