Has only 2 years left on his contract, which would be extended through 2017-2018 if Cuonzo agrees. Salary will remain at $1.3M/season though, which is 11th in the SEC.

This is the guy who broke the Kiffin hire and Dooley firing.

With all the talk this week about the lack of support at the end of the season, and now this I would be pretty surprised if he was back next season.

He could use Tennessee as a stepping stone to Marquette or Wake Forest.

Yeah, Ms. State's basketball has really improved since firing the best coach in their program's history.

They won't fire him, but I don't blame them for not giving him an extension on one tournament run.

We hired Anthony Grant off of one tournament run basically.

Imo you have to think Mack, Marhsall, Howland, Shaka, etc. is on the line if this is true.

After all the turmoil, if he doesn't get a raise Hart is pretty much telling him to GTFO.

There was already talk that he was unhappy here before this run. Taking the Wake job wouldn't surprise me.

Who are the Vols going to bring in that's better?

Why would anyone of these leave the good job they have for Tennessee?

Mack was reportedly interested in Wake. He was one of our first calls last time around. Could definitely see that happening.

Losing in the 1st round is a "run?"

He is apparently going to take the Marquette job if Shaka turns them down
