Grant's I guess. Only because he has been there longer.

when he was hired I thought it was a homerun. That guy has sapped all the life out of the program.

Grant will unfortunately be back next year, I don't know the same can be said for Barbee. So Barbee has the hotter seat.

I want one of these two to get back in the NCAA's so the Birmingham media will HAVE to discuss college basketball.

I thought we were going to be a regular in the NCAAs after Grant got us there with a lot of these same players a couple years ago. Safe to say he's taken a few steps in the wrong direction since then

Me too.

In addition to his struggles in the recruiting, player development, player retention, and x and o's coaching department, I am disappointed in failure to really try to promote Bama basketball. There is just no energy coming from him or the program.

That's fine, but it's the truth.

They both should be gone unless one of them wins the SEC tournament Dennis Felton style.

Grant's seat is not even warm. Maybe it is with fans and media, but those that make the decisions aren't even considering it. He will be back next year, unless he leaves on his own accord.

Because he still has the support of the majority of people that make those decisions. Not to mention the large buyout, but that's kinda irrelevant due to the first part.

Gottfried was run out of town and was a lot more successful.

Both fanbases hate their BB coach and both coaches will still be back next year

Gottfried hadn't even made the NIT for a couple of seasons when he was rightfully fired. His success was long gone.

Gottfried had run the program far more into the ground than where it is now. Unfortunately, if Grant has a similar season next year they will have let him do the same. Didn't learn their lesson from waiting too long to fire Gottfried.
