Please, in the name of all that's holy - let this be true. This OC hire will make or break CMR's legacy in Athens.

Good lord, I might have to unfollow Radi and the entire Rivals crew on Twitter, they are whoring out hits.

Can someone paraphrase these updates? Rivals sucks

GTFO with that shite. When he is hamstrung by the admin, how will his hire affect anything if they won't open up the purse? You don't think that things like this (pay, etc) go unnoticed? I would be willing to bet that every possible coordinator is watching very carefully. Who would want to come and be hamstrung right from the start? Or who would want to come knowing they would be underpaid?

Losing Eason and Cleveland was a huge concern. I hope that remain committed like his father said.

My other domino concern is that things will fall in place for Pruitt, and others to leave as well. I really don't want to lose Pruitt, which could happen if Friend heads out to CSU as well.

Nobody said it was his fault. Just that this situation will make or break him for whatever reason.

Truth. Aint looking so good now, is it? Isn't this what would have happened when ones on here were talking about getting rid of everyone?

The reason I don't think my statement is unreasonable is that either Richt hires a proper OC that's able to keep the offensive production rolling and reaffirm our current commitments' confidence in the program, or... It all falls apart from here. Our offense was the only consistent bright spot.

We might finally get over the hump with a Pruitt D and keep the offense firing on all cylinders - or the death spiral has begun. Pretty clear cut to me.

Many on here need to be careful what they wish for. no recruit in his right mind would come to georgia if there is an open, all out war going on between the coaches and admin. We would not be able to pull in a 3* recruit until it got settled.

And when someone leaves, typically there is fall out. Richt goes...so does OC, DC and many below them. Bobo goes and we see he is trying to take Fiend and others with him. Be careful what you wish for.

I do believe things are being blown out of proportion on here. Take some deep breaths and relax. Richt will hire an outstanding OC, recruiting most likely won't skip a beat and it will be fun waiting to see how it all pans out on the field.

I wish Bobo had stayed but he has already been here longer than we had a right to expect.

So I don't understand all the panic and drama.

I think we will be ok, too. I am worried about losing Friend. Our OL took a big step forward this year. I'd like to see us go forward with that.

Just read an article on Eason. His dad seems a little more worried about a change of philosophies if anything. Which we know will not happen.
