They have both lost at life. Without inside information can't say about the Winston case but it appears to be a cover up/payoff. Here's a link to a pertinent story: LINK Sounds like the Tallahassee police "encouraged" the girl not to pursue charges. At one point she stopped any communication with the police dept. so they dropped the case. She might have gotten paid to shutup behind the scenes or there might have nothing to the case in the first place.

I believe he was referring to the rape allegations of Winston and the theft from Marshall.

Yeah I know he was referring to the rape allegations. I just hate assholes that jump to conclusions without any real proof. As far as Marshall goes, yeah thug pos.

I can assure you as a person....I will never be brought up on allegations of rape. Sleeping with someone is as much about yourself as the women you choose to bang. Make sound choices when you choose the females you want to bed to avoid these situations. I don't think that makes him a thug but it does make him either arrogant or an idiot....or a combination of both.

I want FSU, even though AU is SEC. I hate AU because of the arrogant co-worker who thinks AU is really that good, that Cam never took the money, that Marshall is totally reformed, that AU is better than ALA, that AU’s hail mary was deserved against GA, and countless other stupid remarks.
