How can you have individual defensive players in fantasy?

Some leagues do a full defense. It gets hairy but it's fun

League admin can adjust the settings for the league to give points for all sorts of stuff. You can add defenders, too.

Most leagues don't do that by default because it can get too complicated for the casual fantasy fan to bother with, but I thought about messing with those settings in a league I'm in this year. Thought better about it because of who was in the league, but I'd like to try that one year.

I absolutely love IDP leagues because I think that it is bullshite to lose points based off of yardage allowed. Also with IDP it makes it impossible to have negative points the worst you can get is zero.

For those not in the know:
IDP= Independent Defensive Player

I tend to agree but the time I did it I was lost. It's a lotttt more work but boy can it be rewarding. Also changes how you watch the game as opposed to just staring at the offense

Oh I don't field a whole defense or anything that involved, we get 2 IDPs but one must be an interior players (LB/DL) and the other must be a perimeter player (DBs).

Oh I like that set up. We had to field an actual defense with like 4 DL, 3 LBs, 4 Secondary or something like that. Weird league.

I would love to do it like this. You get to focus on a couple and don't have to pick an entire defense resulting in a 2093482 hr draft.

Yeah and it makes watching play makers like Peanut Tillman that much more enjoyable
