Zach Mettenberger is off to a great start and should be the front runner for the Heisman. Look at his stats. JFF's continued excessive celebrations during the Bama game show why he should not be considered. JFF's behavior will matter to voters. This is Mettenberger's year and all SEC fans should get behind the campaign. Otherwise, the Heisman could go to a non-SEC team. SEC!!!

Mettenraper is a top 6 or so sec qb. My God man how can you tell how good he is? Every team in the sec would be undefeated with lsu's schedule and every sec quarterback would put up awesome numbers against those awful defenses.
I know I would take at least 5 sec qbs before that statue mettenraper ever comes to mind. He's serviceable, but wait until you play a top 40 team to crown him.

Can't believe you make that statement. Look at the WR talent he has around him and who our OC is. Not only are you incompetent, but you obviously haven't watched LSU play this year. His comp % is 3rd best, he's thrown 9TD to 0INT and his rating is the best in the league at 207. How can you predict he will be in 8th or lower. He's the 2nd ranked QB in the best league in college football behind possibly the best college QB to ever play the game in Manziel. Making a statement like that is ridiculous.
