How to win with the most talent in the league.

Think he is talking to the wrong team.

Trey beat me to it.

Seriously, what is he going to say to ANY team that isn't light years ahead of everyone else on talent?

I'm pretty sure I could win games as the Miami Heat coach and I can't even beat people on NBA 2k13

Dudes on a roll with bringing in guys who know how to win and motivate a team.

These next few seasons are going to be a uphill battle, but this guy has literally done everything right up to this point. I'm extremely impressed with what he's brought to the Hill so far.

Caption: Spo explains how having elite players can overcome poor coaching, but he has never seen someone as bad at their job as Dooley was.

"I just proved to Pop that coaching is overrated. We out talented the Spurs. Unfortunately for you guys, though, unless you guys have a Clausen walking through those doors, your going to need Butch to be a combination of Vince Lombardi, Jimmy Johnson, and Bill Belichick."

Alternate Caption: Being born on third base IS the same as hitting a triple.

That has LITERALLY nothing to do with the coach but has everything to do with the GM. Give him him the credit not Spo.

Jones LITERALLY personally requested every speaker to come in and speak with his team.

The Navy Seals, Al Wilson, Peyton Manning, Arian Foster, Inky Johnson, Johnny Majors etc.

All Jones
