Spoelstra is a much better coach than he gets credit for being.

Bringing in a championship winning pro coach is a great idea. I'm sure Spoelstra can provide some good motivation and experience and this breaks up the monotony of practice and hearing your coaches saying the same thing over and over.

I like it.

They share the same agent, have been close for years. There are some weird coaching relationships out there, here in Knoxville, The softball coaches are VERY tight with Terry Francona
