One thing is certain, is that if recruiting keeps up at this pace of stupidity where 17 year olds are just trolling everyone and changing their minds every 10 minutes for attention I'm going to go old school and just wait until signing day and look at who actually faxes in a LOI instead of worrying about it.

It feels like this every year, that's why I try and stay out of it. I'll take a hard look after signing day.

Back up plan for Kyler? Easton Bruere, the New Mexico QB who outdueled Zach Gentry

Boyd's little brother is retweeting the shite out of a bunch of Texas stuff. I'm pretty sure the offer didn't play.

I wouldn't read much into it. He favored some Aggie stuff on Kris's feed.

Maybe he's trying to piss his older brother off?

His release seems a bit odd. Perhaps its an issue of most HCs not wanting to deal with reworking his throwing motion?

After reading that link, I'd be ecstatic if we landed this kid.

Me too. Given our situation if Kyler decommitted, what is there to lose?

A scholarship. If I were a coach. I'd sit with him and offer him a walk on spot with the chance to win a scholarship like red lightning McQueen.

Maybe I just have a bleak impression of 2016's QB situation. Hopefully Shea gives us a real look.
