I'm sure you can find one as BTR is fairly big. Won't be right near campus though.

No there's plenty of hotels there. You could show up in BR and find a hotel

I would get one early if you want to be near campus.

Yeah it's not like going to Starkville or Tuscaloosa. There are way more hotel rooms in BR than away fans and media combined.
Worst case you're a 10-15 minute drive to campus.

There's quite a few by the I-10/12 split. It's about 10 mins from the stadium. Or Siegen ln and bluebonnet right off of I-10 is about 20 mins if that.

Your typical hotel chains. The Marriott is pretty good. Anything on Corporate really is good bang for your buck. Avoid downtown ($$$) and anything north of Florida (shots fired) and you'll be alright.

Check the Staybridge on Nicholson Dr. If nothing is available, there are a ton of hotels on College Dr. off of I-10.

Try Port Allen across the bridge., or prairieville/Gonzales.

residence inn at towne center is really nice for $60-$150 a night, but your best bet is to drive down I-10/12 and get off at either college, essen, or siegen and get a room at one of those hotels i.e. drury inn, comfort inn, etc...

You're fine there are plenty of hotels

Yeah, the Hilton downtown would be nice, but it'll run at least $150 a night.

Try the Ten Flags Inn on the corner of Airline Hwy and Greenwell Springs Rd.

The Hyatt Place on Bluebonnet at I-10 would probably be a good place. About 15-20 minutes from campus, you can throw a football to the interstate, and the Mall of Louisiana right across the street.
Staybridge is nice, walking distance to campus, but it's not gonna be cheap. Same story with the Hilton downtown. It's even nicer, good nightlife, and there are shuttles to carry you to campus before and after the game.
