there's a new boss in the west when it come to this bowl. Thankfully, LSU will simply qualify for the BCS playoff in the future and not have to go through the shameful politics.

The only allure of the Cotton Bowl is playing in Jerry World, and we'll already get to do that every year starting in 2014.

You honestly think ATM is worried about Texas? That game would have been tu’s worst nightmare. Hearing neither team was that excited about it though.

yeah, I mean it's a tough call. On the one hand, you've got a tried and true bit that is good for laughs. I mean, in about 4-5 minutes there will be a bunch posting frick you baylol you ain't going to the cotton evah. And that's funny. It just is.
On the other, there's the SNL effect of just beating schtick into the ground to the point that it's not as funny any more. It's a fine line and everyone hits that point at different times. I'm still enjoying it though

His newest stuff is decent. It is the "Aggie scared of playing Texas" line that was boring me. I think his act has potential, but right now I think he is underperforming.

LOL, yeah that's why we out sell them every time we play them in Dallas. Also, why would Dallas want to take an in state team when they can get good traveling teams from the SEC who have to stay in the city for longer periods etc. Lose a lot of money when A&M can drive in that day etc.
They want them this year b/c of Johnny Footbal.

It's always been about money and it always will until playoffs. Truth is, Cotton Bowl reps think they get more ratings and promotions for this matchup. Could be wrong, of course.
