Here's that long McCallebb td, and he can boogie, but Peterson comes out of nowhere at the end. I'm watching it live thinking...Oh my God, he's about to catch him.

I hate to agree with a Bama fan here, but I will. Nobody is doubting that Patrick Peterson is fast. He does not run a 4.2 forty. He might run in the 4.35-4.4 range. If you see the other times LSU posted, you'll realize how ridiculous it is. LSU has alot of speed, so there is no reason to exaggerate it.

Yep, horrible football skillz, but freakish speed.
He ran 3 40s timed under 4.2, one was under 4.1. Adding in the human margin of error for handtimming, that's still crazy fast for 240 Lbs...
