olaying tackles like Deion when you weigh 225lbs and getting drug 10 yards when you do actually attempt a tackle = Heisman

His athletic ability will most certainly get him drafted highly, he is just Vernon Gholston raw when it comes to football.

Now if someone works with for a few years, he could be a beast...

They were the ones who timed the run. They were the ones who saw it happen right in front of their faces. But they didn't believe it. Nevada's Dontay Moch had just run a 4.18-second 40-yard dash. That time would be among the fastest ever recorded. In disbelief, they made him run again. He clocked a 4.08 in his second try. That time is almost inhuman. So, they made him run again. On his third and final try, he covered the 40 yards in 4.2 seconds. Maybe he was a little tired, but even that time is run by only the most nimble wide receivers and cornerbacks. Imagine a 6-foot-1, 245-pound defensive end like Moch running it. Unthinkable. "He has freakish talent," Wolf Pack defensive coordinator Andy Buh said. "Freakish talent. That would be my two words for Dontay Moch. When he puts his mind to it, he's unstoppable." Moch smiles when asked about that junior pro day this summer when he awed the NFL scouts with his speed. And the distressing thing for offensive linemen is that Moch, the reigning WAC defensive player of the year, is now tapping his potential. – The Reno Gazette-Journal

If someone could fully harness his ability, he could easily be one of the most feared players ever.

He could be in the backfield before the QB turns to hand off the ball.

It will take a bit of work though...

I don't know what his 40 time really is but I know Dyer ran right through him to set up our first TD, Cam had no problem fending him off for our second, and while he made a good effort at running down McCalleb he was a day late and a dollar short.

Funny you say that, I've actually seen a few mocks of him going to the Saints late first.

I'm want him on the Jets myself. Him and Nick Fairley

Stop embarrassing yourself. That would beat the NFL combine record by 4/10ths of a second.

I'll be nice and not turn this into a "what do you expect from a Bammer?" post, but
0.1 = tenth
0.01 = hundredth

What exactly did you expect him to do on that play?

Hand timed but still a 4.2

Either we have a shitload of some of the fastest football players in the nation, or that guy with the stop watch has Parkinson's.

bullshite. He can't run an electronically timed (legit) 4.2. By the time the draft rolls around people will say he runs a 3.2

I would expect someone that runs a 4.2 forty and has the hype of him to make a better effort at stopping him than he did. He was in position to get him around the 15 and couldn't do it.

Based on the incredible amount of bias and idiocy in your posts I'm not going to take your word on it. Hope you understand

Newton is a great player too and is a lot bigger than Peterson. It's not like PP got beaten on that play. Saving the touchdown would have been nearly herculean

Peterson slammed him hard enough for the ball to come out.

I mean I know Cam is unbelievable but if you have an angle on a guy who has already run 40+ yards and made about 5 or 6 cuts and you have 15 yards to get him down it's not that big of an ask to do so.

I got full respect for PP, but Dyer did run right through him at about the 12 on the play where he took it down to the 1. Check it out on YouTube if you want.
