So you have to graduate from a school to be a fan? I lived in Oxford for 18 years of my life and my family has lived in Oxford since 1848. (The earliest census I could find with my family listed)

My grandfather worked his entire adult life at OM.

The crazy thing is I actually took the time to respond to your silly post. But yes, I graduated from USM. The program I went to school for was better there.

But hey, the fact that I think Freeze should be fired means I'm not a real fan because I graduated from USM lol

I respect your opinion. I get it. I just don't agree with it. Freeze isn't worth destroying the entire football program.

The problem with this is the NCAA doesn't have to prove it happened. The NCAA just has to get the COI to believe their side proof or not. It's not like a court case.

I just dont see any way out of this investigation without us being screwed in the end. Too many violations stacked up even if the Leo stuff gets thrown out. Ive been on the Fire Freeze train for awhile

MSU fans have to be the biggest haters out there. I never really cared about them and even pulled for them on occasion because they are SEC and Mississippi but their obsessed hatred for us has ended my civility toward them.

They hate us more than they like themselves

what if Leo admits to the judge he was lying to the NCAA? Surely if he is lying he would not be stupid enough to do it under oath and risk charges for perjury

Leo has no merchandise from RR. He also has no witness.

Gonna be fun to watch him sweat.

Leo's lawyer is trying to get it either thrown out or moved to Starkville. How likely is this do you think?

If Oxford is an improper venue, I don't see how in the world Starkganistan wouldn't be

It won't happen, but as the defense attorney it's a motion you have to make

If Leo under oath admits he didn't get the merch or the $$$ from the booster, then the case should really turn around. It would show the NCAA was trying to create a major violation instead of finding one.

I give Leo's attorney a 3.9% chance of getting the case moved.

Leo's witnesses (he has none) would be in Oxford, the merchandise (he has none) would be in Oxford, the photographs of said merchandise (he has none), and the retail store (locus of the underlying event) is in Oxford. The party who was defamed is in Oxford. The plaintiff was in Oxford when NCAA gave his statement to UM and RR. If the retail store is disassociated by a university in Osford, the damages will take place in Oxford. Sounds like Oxford it is!

There's an argument that Oxford would be a hostile venue though. I could see it getting moved, but certainly not to the Golden Triangle

Funny we haven't heard too much about KJ lately. His attorney came out of retirement and has a much better reputation amongst litigators than the guy representing LL.
