We did have a great draw un athletic white boys we should have out athletes them. Unfortunately we came out flat, no prep time, and we got royal ducked in the first half by at minimum ten bullshite calls. The second half we just couldn't hit shots and we got out played. But that was an ideal matchup. Any other 6 would've dominated us.

If we breathed on the post guy for Xavier they called fouls, he imitated contact and we stood straight up. You all saw the foul disparity, hell if you cant touch a guy he is going to work you over and he did it repeatedly.

before this season, I blamed Kennedy quite a bit for our failings. Thought he couldn't coach. Now, I just think he can't get his players to listen to him. We played with no discipline in all our losses (typified by newby's idiotic breakaway alley oop attempt or whatever the hell the was). Kennedy clearly knew what we were doing wrong, but he couldn't get his players to change. So damned frustrating and something that a new coach probably won't solve.

Without a doubt he is limited by the players we have. Hopefully the new facilities allow him to get better players.

The way fouls are called from game to game is annoying as hell. No consistency whatsoever. None. How a player ever adjusts is beyond me. I don't think they do.
And when Newby tossed up that ill-fated alley-oop I turned it off. If that's the menttality any one of our players had at that point in the game, I'm out. I figured I was wasting my time getting all wrapped up in it. Lay the damn thing up and try to keep battling back. Get real.

I'm a proud LSU fan, and I've been fortunate enough to experience some epic seasons in a lot of sports.
With that said, my God, I don't think there's actually a program out there that fluctuates the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. It's fricking exhausting
It's even more exhausting bickering with stupid fans. There was nothing our coach could do. We only have six tournament caliber players. 3 are true sophomores and one is a freshman. the other is a junior....LSU basically had 2 true sophomores just have one of the more epic meltdowns in awhile. Yet, our mouth breathers will throw it all on Jones irrationally

are you kidding me? LSU fans have NOTHING on Ole MIss fans when it comes to idiotic basketball fans.
AK is responsible for 25% of our NCAAT appearances and has won a game in both(that's right....TWO) tournaments he's taken us to......and our dipshit fans can't help but spew the same, tired "AK CAN'T COACH. FIRE HIS arse" bullshite.
Outside of Moody(who is a first year transfer for us)...we don't have near the talent that other teams in the tournament do. We shouldn't have even sniffed the bubble this year with the team we put on the court in December.
We literally have fans that are glad that "our rollercoaster season is finally over"......as if we're fricking Duke or Kentucky. This season was so exceptional for us that, even shitting the bed by losing 4 out of our last 5 games, we still made the NCAAT. That....while our, thought to be, star point-guard couldn't make a basket to save his life all year long. Summers did a damned good job running the point...but your PG needs to at least be some kind of a scoring threat. He went 0-8 from the field last night.

Don't you irrational frickS realize that our OOC schedule is the only thing that keeps our RPI respectable? hell....our IN CONFERENCE opponents do more harm to our RPI than our OOC. Beating MSU twice this season actually dropped our RPI.
We have a fanbase full of goddamned idiots and I hope most of them stay in their seats when the Tad Pad gets demolished.
