Not having an offensive or defensive coordinator is not ideal right now for any juco kids we're going after. Why sign with a school when you don't know who your position coach or coordinator will be. For all the good Freeze did his first few years, he's done a terrible job this year with coaching, recruiting, PR, and managing this program.

At what point do we fire Freeze and all of this Sun Belt staff, give a two year bowl ban with current self imposed penalties and tell the NCAA to gtfoh, hire Sarkisian as head coach and save what is left of this program?

I can't see Freeze bouncing back at this point. The NCAA is going to get his arse, whether it's by sanctions or holding the program hostage until he's fired.

We have LBs choosing Marshall over a SEC team with no LBs. We have no OC, no DC. We are soon to lose our WR coach. We have a 5 year NCAA investigation STILL going with no resolution in sight, we just fired the assistant athletic director for alleged improper benefits. What else could go wrong at this point? Today a safety 30 miles from Oxford will commit to another school and one of the top OL in the country who has family that attends OM and has a OM family will choose to go somewhere else.
This thing is over. And how do we handle it...by not informing the fans what exactly is going on, but cooperating with the guys who are trying to screw you. Belhaven compliance department at its finest...smh
