When Andre 3000 is on there's no one better. Unfortunately he does a verse about every 10 years any more.

You know i never got his hype in rap i guess because i never really listened to him i enjoy his acting though

His ability to tell an intricate story with multiple rhyming schemes is unparalleled. He essentially combined Biggie's rhymes, Slick Rick's stories, and southern speed. For instance, the last verse in Elevators ( LINK).
