Failed does not mean positive. It means failed. It could be from adding water or other substances directly to it or over hydration.

Aw frick it. I dont even believe drug testing should be legal so whatever. Im just telling you how that bullshite works in the real world.

Buncha Donald Sterlings in this thread...

But seriously, if y'all knew how to tailgate and showed up early, you'd get one of the 100,000 good parking spots on game day and not have to park in the ghetto.

I think it adds to the experience though if you're one of those people that get to see more than just the scenic campus. It's more dramatic not knowing if your car will be there after the game. The drama doesn't have to end when the clock hits zero at the game.

Is say baton rouge as a whole. Not really the campus. Now I do recall a few years back a few girls getting raped on UFS campus. Also a girl from my hs was found dead in her car after it had been set on fire in auburn. Athens has some bad parts rt outside the dorms, and is say their fans like to start fights with the visiting fans more than any school I've visited.

Let me caution you, sodomy is still illegal in Louisiana, and the BRPD take that offense seriously.

Baton Rouge no doubt.

People overlook Athens but outside of campus and downtown, their are some very shady areas. For as small of a town as it is, I would stay away from some parts of Athens

Apparently.

If you walk outside the Nicholson gate on gameday to get something to eat don't walk very far....and whatever you do, don't go touristing down one of the sidestreets.

No, they collect random citizens and feed them to the sodomites at OPP.

Different worlds.

I'd say Baton Rouge but it is what it is. Don't be an idiot and stray past the raising canes at northgate and you'll be alright.

I'd put Columbia up there. We have sketchy areas near campus and the football stadium.

Then you should know it was because a drifter with mental problems stumbled along our town.

You are from Atlanta?

Knoxville's crime rate has actually gone up since the recession. Rate wise we beat out Nashville and even Memphis not long ago - part of that has to do with the very rich area Farragut not counting (they broke away and incorporated years ago) even though everyone considers Farragut a part of Knoxville. The other part is rate is all about number of reports compared to population size and of course how thoroughly a city reports its stats (it's far from a uniform thing) matters. That said, I think it dropped back down the past year or two.

However, Knoxville's crime isn't really near campus. You actually have to go to these areas to find crime. Street crime is just rare.
