I guess you missed the SEC city part.
No, I didn't. I just gave you an example of another city being worse in some parts than others.

Is this like a failed drug test is not failed if it is diluted? Even though the NFL says its failed?
Yea, is that a problem?

The NFL doesn't give anyone the benefit of doubt. There's a difference between a failed and diluted drug sample, the NFL just groups them together because they don't believe in coincidence. I'm not sure why that's so hard for you to comprehend...but I see you are on a mission to continuously flame LSU and Auburn, so flame on.

East Montgomery, while still shitty, is much different than the rest of Montgomery

Yeah but they keep having to redefine what constitutes east Montgomery. Before long it is going to be in Macon county.

Most employers, including the federal government (DOT) consider a diluted sample as failed. Could you please explain that to them.

Oh and thanks for the example of cities being worse in some parts. Mayne you can start a thread for that or learn to stay on topic.

Nah. We will ne there to frick your women, embarress your football team, and poison your oak trees. And maybe teabag a drunken frat boy or two. You cant stop it. You know this.

We will attack your bus, burn your shite to the ground, roll you in porta-potties and throw things at your infirm...

...and then the ever present golden shower will greet you as you enter the stadium.

Alabama may win the game, but when you wake up in jail Sunday morning smelling like piss, you'll know where you have been.

Baton Rouge

I would put Fayetteville up there in the safest too. There is really only 1 street in Fayetteville I wouldn't want to be on after dark and it's not even that bad. I've walked down it to get pizza at 2am before .

Also Baton Rouge is the most dangerous city for catching the AIDS. Baton Rouge hands down most dangerous and deadly city.

Considering a diluted drug sample doesn't reveal a positive drug test, like I said...

According to the post I replied to, it was on topic. I didn't bring it up out of the blue. Try again.

Could you explain that to the feds, NFL, and most employers. They give the tests and they say what constitutes what is pass or fail and they disagree with you.

And according to the op you weren't.
