I think that it would take some kind of weaponry to even get that pig's attention. Doubt that you could do much with hands and feet.

But seriously. Out of animals that might actually attack me. A large goat. A pygmy horse. A small black bear I would have a shot. A 40 lb bobcat would be quite a tussle but I think I could do it. I'm a bigger, stronger, and surprisingly fast/agile fella

Doubt it. Humans are incredibly weak animals as far as body to weight is concerned. Most animals are much more proportionately stronger than us. If a gorilla hit you in the face, your head would literally explode.

I've seen a small black bear fresh out of hibernation. It couldn't have weighed more than 150lbs. I am twice it's size. Goal would be to somehow get behind it and try to bend it's arms backwards to rip open it's breastplate. Choking it might work as well.

Hmm... some animals regardless of size are pretty bad arse. When you factor in that it would truly be life or death, me or whatever random beast walks away alive I believe I could fight above my level. In a situation like that you really have to be able to factor in using whatever is available as a melee weapon. With that sort of motivation and a large stick or blunt object I'm pretty confident I would fare well against the majority of the wild kingdom.
My exception for this would have to be any large cat. I'd basically just be good sport and a nice meal.
