I've been using the Garden of Life stuff for breakfast: Super Seed for fiber and Super Green for greens. It's an acquired taste, but I like it opposed to grinding up fresh veggies every day.
Still doing rehab work post-op. One hour on core and upper body and another hour swimming.

I'll eat a bunch of food that I love but most people find to be boring... Steel cut oatmeal, plain Greek yogurt with strawberries, salmon, etc. Later today, I'll lift and do a little cardio after.

Started walking 10000 a day 4 weeks ago. Started fluffing up 6 years ago after I quit smoking and took a desk job. Down 15 pounds so far. Amazing on how better my back feels since I started walking. Wife down 11 pounds as well.
