Today depending on what time I get off work, I am going to buy a bike so I can start doing something to offset all the hours I spend sitting in a truck at work.

I'm thinking I'm going to play 18 then swim for 45 minutes. Trying to lose some weight and swimming seems to help a ton

Is a bear chasing me?

I have been to lots of funerals of friends who dropped dead running. If I am going to drop dead I would much rather do so in the bed of a hot woman.

Grits, gravy, bacon, eggs, and assorted foods that are supposed to be bad for me. Some bean soup with some hamhock and a side of cornbread for lunch. Fried chicken, watermelon, and some good bourbon for dinner.

Getting back on track today. The scale has been going in the wrong direction for a month and yesterday was the sloppiest, most gluttonous day I've had in a long time. Been falling into the habit of grabbing crap breakfast from CFA or other fast food place in the mornings. Started today with oatmeal and water. Plan on splitting one of those huge Zaxby's salads with my wife for lunch.

Got up at 6 and took my dog for a 2 mile walk.

Ate a bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats with 2% milk.

On my third cup of black coffee.

Probably have a roast beef sandwich, on wheat, with cheddar and deli mustard for lunch. With some grapes.

Then I'm leaving to go camping for the weekend, where I'll drink a bunch of beer and eat not so well.

Not murder my coworkers (mental health is key).

So far doing fine on the calorie count. Will splurge a little for lunch depending on what they have at this student banquet I'm attending.

And either yoga or tai chi at home for exercise this evening. Haven't decided yet.

0630: Cup of coffee, HEB Texas Pecan. French Pressed and gresh ground.

0630-0745: Sit in car on way to work. Rage and fume.

745-1100: walk to work from car, 75 meters. Sit in cubicle and email people. Fart around on the rant, breathe in 300 liters of air.

1100: Asiago bread, smoked turkey, muenster cheese w/ mayo. Side of cheetos, ounces unclear. can of coke.

1200: Resume emailing in a sitting position.

1300: Go to meeting, sit down entire time.

1330: Drink a coke at desk. Think about going on a walk in the evening.

1700-1830: Walk from work to car, 75 meters. Sit in car and listen to Michael Berry. Rage and fume at the democrats.

1830: Grill steak kabobs, (mushrooms, peppers, onions, steak) add a side of rice, probably a big scoop. Drink 2-3 Budweisers.

2000: Drink 3-4 more beers. Probably mix in a gin and tonic. Watch TV or hang with the neighbors until passing out at an indeterminate time.

That's a lot of protein just for a P90X workout.

My daughter turned 1 last Saturday. Until my house is rid of leftover ice cream, chocolate cake with butter cream icing I won't be healthy..
