So, of the 300 liters how much will be converted to the Rant farts? I just let a SBD rip when responding to another thread.

Me, too. I usually plan what I'm going to eat for the day but yesterday I just ate blindly. Not good. Back to the self-discipline.

Not eat fast food, fried foods or drink anything other than water like I have for the past year and a half now.

Did you find that your cravings for food declined when you started drinking just water? I've read where some of the chemicals in soda actually stimulate your appetite. I've been off soft drinks for several months now and I can control my eating much easier.

Can't walk my dog the 2nd time now. It's raining some kind of way.

I never really thought about it but yeah. I eat way less than I used to and that got easier once I cut out sodas.

I have heard this as well. Not sure how true it is but I mostly drink water. I will have a diet soft drink on occasion but not often. I believe everything is OK in moderation.

Studies show that people who limit themselves to satisfying their sweet tooth by drinking 1 diet drink per day lose more pounds than those who don't.

Interesting. Have not seen that. I can somehow believe it. I have a sweet tooth. Its always been there. I try to satisfy it by drinking chocolate protein shakes or by eating an occasional protein bar with chocolate. it works most of the time.

The Muenster cheese used to come from Muenster TX and it was really good there. It was eating the cheese there that got me addicted to that type of cheese.

Will try to get out of Baltimore without getting killed, and maybe eat a granola bar, if the first part works out.

Got 4 hours of sleep last night.
Sweated out my hangover at work this morning after eating 6 blueberry pancakes with 4 sausage patties.
Ate Chinese at lunch. Smoked a cig
Will sit in my truck all afternoon and tell people what to do and post on TD on my phone
Will eat a steak and potato at dinner.
Pop a lorcet, maybe get half a gram of powder, and start drinking till 2 am.
