I had a weed eater stolen right in front of me at getwell and park a couple of summers ago. I called the cops so I could file a report and it took them nearly two hours to show up.

I don't like MPD as much as the next guy, but that's a half truth. A lot of those areas won't be cooperative. You can only do so much if the people there won't help.
