How do people like this pass the psych evaluation to even become officers? It's quite obvious that these four guys were..
A) bullies in school
B) failed jocks
C) all of the above that watch way too many episodes of COPS

You can believe there was a reason they beat his arse like they did. Cops don't kill people for fun. Dogs, maybe. Not people though.

I think cops have very stressful jobs, and a lot of times they're scared too.

All you have to do is slap some cuffs on him and throw him in the back of a car. You shouldn't have to beat a man to death to do that. All four of these guys should at least get major jail time.

All the guy had on him was a screwdriver. He wasn't posing much of a threat to anyone. There is zero justification for what these cops did.
