It's like this mostly everywhere except for big cities.

I live in one of this country's best culinary cities and potentially one of the best in the world, yet The Olive Garden is always the best Italian and Outback generally wins best steakhouse.

People be dumb.

I doubt more than 100 students voted on that shite. I know you guys are always less than impressed with your "townies"...

The vote is rigged. No way that LaQuinta beat out the Comfort Inn.

My dogs are allowed in La Quinta, no extra charge. I only stay in LQ's when I am with them, so LQ> cumfart Inn

The great thing about the United States, at least for now, is that you don't have to read the list if you don't want to. Theres is nothing wrong with that list but certainly one should not take it as gospel. If I just moved to the area and wanted a fence built I would start with Bryce Morgan.

I love our townies. Great combination of troublemaking rednecks, drunk lawyers, and mentally unstable hipsters. Makes Oxford unique.

I'm sure everyone in town knows Todd Palmer, expert fireman and Paula Hamilton, hospital employee extraordinaire.

That crap happens all the time, regardless of the town. People these days are just too lazy to go out and get to the good places to eat.

I went to MSU. Good food, at least, was not the issue there.
